    Hands-on Vinci Consulting experts are available to support your network infrastructure needs. Your organization will be given multiple accounts to our support portal as needed. Depending on the level of support, a reply to an issue is made within its respective response time.  For level 1 and 2 support, the method of response can be either email or phone, depending on the severity of the issue.  Custom support services can be tailored to the specific needs of a client as well.
